What to expect
- Conducting detailed sales performance analysis to support strategic planning and decision-making processes.
- Preparing and presenting comprehensive financial and non-financial KPI reports, including sales forecasts, budget analysis, and profitability assessments.
- Collaborating with production teams to align sales forecasts with production schedules, ensuring optimal resource utilization.
- Assisting in the development and execution of strategic planning cycles, providing insights and recommendations to drive business growth and achieve long-term objectives.
- Working closely with sales teams, finance departments, and senior management to provide insights and recommendations for business growth.
- Identifying and implementing sales controlling processes with CSMO, Sales managers and Agency responsible incl. improvements to enhance financial reporting accuracy and operational efficiency.
The skills you'll bring
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in data analysis, financial modeling, and performance metrics to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Over 5 years of experience in sales controlling, financial planning, and analysis within dynamic business environments.
- Strong knowledge and familiarity within the insurance industry.
- Strong communication and relationship-building capabilities, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders (e.g. Finance and Insurance department).
- In-depth knowledge of sales planning, budgeting and forecasting methodologies and practices.
- Proficiency in German, good knowledge in English. French is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
