The opportunity

Our People Consulting Service Line is focusing on all workforce topics and we help our clients get it right in all its facets – from talent management, HR systems, people analytics, learning, to culture change and human centered change management.

To further strengthen our People Consulting team in the field of Change Management, Culture, and Sustainability, we are looking for a senior expert joining our Zurich, Basel or Geneva office.

Your Key Responsibilities

• A global network of EY’s subject matter experts in corporate culture, change management, and social sustainability.
• EY’s proven change management methodologies and tools.
• The possibility to work in multi-disciplinary teams.

Skills And Attributes For Success

• 6+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience in delivering change projects in the field of change management, corporate culture, social sustainability.
• In-depth knowledge of sustainability is an asset.
• Proven track record in leading projects and people.
• Proven track record in initiating and fostering sustainable client relationships.
• Proficiency in English is a must, Swiss-German, German, French, or Italian an asset.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (in English).
