IT Service Desk Supporter (m/w/d)

For an innovative company in the Basel area, we are looking for an IT Service Desk Supporter to ensure smooth IT operations and deliver excellent support for employees in a dynamic and modern workplace.

Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level support for hardware and software issues, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
• Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment, including desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
• Support onsite IT operations, including setup and technical assistance for meetings and events.
• Collaborate with internal and external providers to deliver an exceptional user experience.
• Maintain and update documentation and knowledge base articles to ensure operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Initial professional experience in IT support or a similar role, with a focus on service desk operations.
• Solid understanding of Windows and Mac OS environments, as well as common desktop hardware and software.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, paired with a proactive, customer-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to guide users effectively.
• Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written (minimum B2 level).
• Enthusiasm for learning and a passion for delivering high-quality IT support services.
