Do what you love
Quality Team
- Execution of technical testing (development and QM release testing) in our internal testing laboratory
- Creation and implementation of QMS/SOP process documents
- Support in the organization and execution of our workshops
- Management of Quality defects
- Autonomous work on a stand-alone project from the areas mentioned above
- Ownership of the Mammut Archive that includes the exhibition of archive products, establishing standard operation processes and digitalizing the content and experience.

- Ongoing or completed bachelor's degree in textile engineering, mechanical engineering or other similar education
- First project management experience
- Structured, independent & solution-oriented way of working
- Organizational and coordination talent with good presentation and communication skills
- Analytical and critical way of thinking
- Creative personality with good problem solving skills
- Motivated team player with a pro-active and hands-on mentality
- Fluent in English, German would be desirable
- Very good MS-Office skills, PLM, ERP or Power BI knowledge is desirable
- Passion for the mountains and outdoor sports in general
