Key responsibilities:

• Quick and Partial service on Blancpain and Breguet watches
• Assisting the sales team in changing straps and adjusting bracelets
• Stock management and supply of accessories (Straps, links, buckles, etc.)
• Aesthetical entry control on new watches coming from production
• Stock watches: periodical control, quick and partial services
• Technical support to customer care and boutique sales teams
• Setting up of workshop statistics (services carried out & spare parts consumption) & sending them to the Head of Customer Service every end of the month.
• Supporting sister brands the Breguet and Harry Winston boutiques in Zurich.

Profil

Profile:

• Watchmaker / Federal diploma or a title deemed equivalent
• 2-3 years watchmaking experience, ideally in the field of customer service.
• High level of dexterity with a strong attention to detail
• Good communication skills and identification
• Highly flexible and team oriented, with superior work ethic
• Good organization skills and attention to detail required
• Fluent in German; French and English are a plus
