Min. 2 proven experience in house Talent Acquisition Manager or in agency environment. Experience in full-cycle recruiting and sourcing, defining sourcing strategies and use of tools including LinkedIn and have ideally working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases. Experience of driving a diverse candidate pipeline and the ability to partner with hiring managers. Willingness to learn about the diverse roles at Headquarters and have a continuous improvement mindset, bringing new ideas to the TA team. A high level of command in English / German is a plus.
