<p><b>HR & Payroll Specialist</b></p><p>Join our dynamic team in Basel - Allschwil (CH) and be a key player in our HR department!</p><p><b>Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Manage monthly payroll and address payroll-related queries.</li><li>Handle Swiss social security, insurances, and family allowances.</li><li>Liaise with Swiss tax authorities.</li><li>Reconcile payroll results.</li><li>Provide daily HR services and respond to employee inquiries.</li><li>Perform general HR administration (contracts, lists, reference letters, etc.).</li><li>Collaborate with HR Manager and Business Partners on HR initiatives (performance management, employee engagement, rewards, etc.).</li><li>Organize onboarding for new employees.</li><li>Coordinate employee entry and exit procedures.</li><li>Manage invoices with SAP.</li><li>Administer the ISOtrain system.</li><li>Maintain the time registration system.</li></ul><p><b>Requirements:</b></p><ul><li>Commercial or similar education; financial background is a plus.</li><li>2+ years in HR administration with payroll experience.</li><li>Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of Abacus is a bonus.</li><li>Fluent in English and German; French is an advantage.</li><li>Team player with excellent organizational and communication skills.</li><li>Adaptable to a fast-paced environment and able to meet strict deadlines.</li><li>Swiss/EU work authorization required.</li></ul><p></p><p>Think you’ve got what it takes?
