Position Description:
As a Quality Control Claims Specialist, you will be responsible for the daily verification of service complaints from customers and partners. This role involves conducting accurate investigations, inspections, and imposing penalties as necessary, all while adhering to our established quality processes and standard operating procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Claims Management (80%):
- Handle incoming complaints and/or claims from customers and partners.
- Investigate and assist in mitigating claim losses.
- Ensure resolution of claims on behalf of the company.
- Communicate with the Customer Service Department to request information or provide updates on claim resolutions.
- Liaise with partners and drivers to ensure follow-up on claim communications and processing of penalty payments.
- Collaborate with department managers on high-value or disputed claims to find effective resolutions.
- Monitor and maintain an up-to-date status of individual claim inventories.
Reporting (5%):
- Document and maintain accurate information and data for statistical reports prepared for management.
Auditing (15%):
- Assist in investigating and resolving inventory discrepancies.
- Communicate identified opportunities for improvement with the Operations Department and partner teams/drivers and ensure follow-up on corrective actions.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Mandatory language proficiency: French and English (written and spoken). Additional languages are an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to analyze information effectively.
