Your team
Cash & Collateral Management team is responsible for all operational processes related to the consolidation of Nostro account balances and the exchange of collateral to cover exposures on Derivatives products.
An ability to promote continuous process improvement and service quality are key elements that drive the team.
Your role
• Monitoring and consolidating Nostro cash positions with various correspondents of the Pictet Group in order to communicate them to the team responsible for financial investments.
• Recording and ensuring post-trade monitoring of fiduciary deposits and money markets.
• Control margin operations (initial and variation) related to ETD derivatives products for internal clients.
• Verify and validate margin calls from clearinghouses and clearing brokers for ETD and OTC derivatives.
• Manage contacts with counterparties in the context of OTC collateral monitoring and management (exposure comparison and validation) for the bank and clients (collateral mandate), and facilitating necessary cash/securities exchanges.
• Control collateral distribution operations for clients engaged in Securities Lending.
• Monitor and follow investigation files (fund returns, debit authorizations, etc.) and exception or control processes (Fircosoft, Jira).
Your profile
• Commercial/banking apprenticeship certificate (CFC) or equivalent qualification.
• At least three years’ experience in the banking sector.
• Proven experience in derivatives and collateral management.
• Excellent ability to manage priorities and stress.
• Ability to follow procedures and guidelines.
• Knowledge of banking software such as Avaloq; Calypso and Fircosoft would be a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Must be resident in Switzerland.
