For our client, Perfetti van Melle Schweiz GmbH, located in Zurich, a manufacturer of confectionery and chewing gum, with well-known brands such as Mentos, Stimorol, Smint, Chupa Chups etc., which are loved both worldwide and locally, we are looking for a temporary

Purpose

Back up for the Swiss Finance Manager role on Accounting and Compliance related to the SAP S/4 HANA Implementation project (go live on 01.01.2025). The contract will be temporary from approx. end of July 2024 – March 2025. 

Tasks

  • Ensure the Global template design covers Swiss Legal/Tax/Statutory Accounting requirements
  • Drive and support timely and correct implementation of Finance processes in global
    SAP 4/HANA project
  • Collaborate closely with local multidisciplinary project team, global Finance team and external SAP consultants
  • Support the data validation process through multiple data migration cycles
  • Create test cases and perform UAT’s and coordinate tests within the Finance organization
  • Perform training sessions within the local team to improve the knowledge and capabilities of end users
  • Manage the local Finance cutover activities towards go-live
  • Support the organization with financially related questions post go-live to embed the change

Requirements 

  • Swiss certified Accountant or Bachelor/Master in Finance or equivalent
  • Good knowledge of Swiss Legal/Tax/Statutory Accounting requirements is very important!
  • Experience in Business/Sales Controlling is advantageous
  • SAP knowledge is nice to have
  • Projectmanagement experience is nice to have
  • Can do mentality, pragmatic and result oriented
  • Business fluent in English, German skills are advantageous
  • Available immediately or in August at the latest is a must!
