IT support engineer

For the top telecom company we looking an IT support engineer to Bern.

Main Tasks

* Resolution of employee incidents in the area of Macbook Operating System (MacOS)

* Implementation of changes

* Coordination of OS upgrades

* Administration via JAMF

Education

* Technical training (IT / if possible operational experience in the workplace)

* JAMF knowledge an advantage

* Required Skills such as IT-Skills, Programming Languages, etc. 

IT Skills

* Experience in workplace operations, preferably in the area of Mac OS

* Fluent in German and English

Skills Nice to have:

* JAMF knowledge an advantage
