Ownership of Corporate Identity (CI):
- Develop, refine, and oversee the application of Chenot’s brand identity across all channels and materials, ensuring consistency, high quality, and adherence to CI guidelines.
- Establish a governance framework for CI, enabling streamlined decision-making and quality control across all collateral, digital assets, print materials, and on-property amenities.
- Manage external agency partners.
Governance and Application Through Touchpoints:
- Define and enforce standards for brand touchpoints across the guest journey, from pre-arrival communications to in-property experiences, ensuring that the Chenot brand is seamlessly represented.
- Collaborate with design, marketing, and operations teams to develop brand-aligned amenities, guest communications, and on-site graphics.
Partner Liaison and Brand Guidance:
- Serve as the primary brand representative and advisor for Chenot’s partner properties, offering guidance and support to ensure brand standards are met at each location.
- Foster collaborative relationships with partner teams, addressing branding needs, aligning on project timelines, and supporting each property’s unique application of Chenot’s brand vision.
Support Brand Awareness Campaigns and Asset Creation:
- Work closely with the wider marketing team to execute brand awareness campaigns that reinforce Chenot’s market position and resonate with target audiences.
- Guide the creation of on-brand marketing assets, including print, digital, and social media content, aligning visuals and messaging with Chenot’s brand pillars and identity.
Qualifications & Competences
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Design, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in brand management, preferably in luxury, hospitality, or wellness industries.
- Strong understanding of brand strategy, corporate identity governance, and multichannel brand activation.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and align cross-functional and partner teams.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools is a plus.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for wellness and luxury lifestyle.
- Fluent English essential, German desired, every other language is of advantage
