As a Senior Specialist- Sales Rep (PAD) you will manage On’s top tier strategic lifestyle accounts to connect the On brand to our EMEA consumers and their communities, in partnership with some of the most influential global tastemakers. You will collaborate cross-functionally, connect and influence globally with team members at all levels across the Oniverse.
Your Mission
- To establish and develop On’s Performance All Day (Lifestyle) accounts in the Central Europe Region (DACH) through strategic and selective distribution
- Analyze sales for your Lifestyle accounts to optimize sell-in and sell-out
- Deliver sales presentations using On materials and sales data to develop your accounts strategically and sustainably
- Take responsibility for all internal strategic discussions around your Lifestyle accounts and their development within our international Key Account Plan
- Oversee the sales budget and develop strategic partnerships with lifestyle accounts to maximize revenue and brand presence within the territory
- Collaborate with Retail Marketing, Logistics, and other teams to deliver projects on time and with team spirit
- Provide expert guidance and support to sales teams in local markets on assortment planning, product allocation, and relationship management for top-tier lifestyle accounts.
- Partner with On's regional merchandising team to develop, refine, and forecast tailored assortments for each top-tier lifestyle account in EMEA.
