Job Description
PURPOSE
According to annual sales plan, sales & marketing strategy and product positioning, develop E-commerce and retail market promotion strategy and organize market activity for responsible product, improve scientific image to maximize product value and sales growth, assist in sales target achievement.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for managing the pharmaceutical retail business and e-commerce platform of the company, ensuring an adequate supply of drugs, quality assurance, and reasonable prices.
- Analyze market sales trends of products, develop sales strategies and promotional activities to increase retail or e-commerce sales and profitability.
- Utilize diverse marketing methods, collaborate with the brand team, closely coordinate with the retail business and e-commerce team to drive the growth of multi-channel sales performance, continuously build brand effects and user reputation.
- Collaborate with other cross-department teams, supervise daily operations to ensure efficient operation, and improve customer satisfaction and business profitability.
Qualifications & Skills:
Level of Education
- Bachelor Degree or above, Medical Science, Pharmacy or Sales & Marketing background is preferred.
Working Experience in Relevant Field
- 5 years of sales & marketing working experiences in pharmaceutical industry
Professional Knowledge and Skills
- Skilled in using computer office software.
- Good command of English in listening, speaking, reading and writing.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills and organizing ability.
