Maintenance Planner (m/f/d)

Position:

As the Maintenance Planner, you'll be at the heart of our maintenance operations, responsible for:

• Supervising the planning and scheduling of maintenance activities during Planning Meetings
• Reviewing and updating technical documentation to ensure accuracy
• Analyzing job completion results to identify improvements and set benchmarks for success
• Tracking and reporting maintenance critical metrics and in-process measures
• Proposing and implementing corrective actions, such as equipment design enhancements or updated management procedures
• Collaborating with the storeroom team to handle parts inventory, identify obsolete items, and optimize delivery processes

Requirements:

• Practical experience in Maintenance Planning & Scheduling Daily Management System (DMS)
• Technical higher education
• Strong organizational, analytical, and technical skills
• The ability to set priorities, communicate with clarity, and lead training sessions
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP system (SAP preferred). Knowledge of Power BI would be a strong asset
• Good German and English skills
