Are you ready to lead and drive challenging projects? As a Global Project Manager, you will connect business operations to ensure key projects are delivered on time and within budget. Whether you're juggling multiple high-impact projects or driving strategic initiatives, you're the one who ensures everything gets done.
YOUR MISSION
- You effectively manage projects with high IT content to support business implementation and development, especially in the areas of supply chain and logistics.
- You act as a bridge between business operations, group functions such as IT, and external partners.
- You understand process landscapes and system architectures to help develop solutions.
- You define and plan key projects to deliver strategic initiatives, ensuring they are well-defined, planned, staffed, and delivered on time and within budget.
- You lead and coach project teams to develop organizational and business model plans.
- You manage project coordination and time constraints in mixed project organizations.
- You handle multiple parallel projects and approaches, working to tight timelines.
- You maintain a high level of independence and self-responsibility, driving operational organizations to deliver their contributions.
YOUR PROFILE
- You have completed a technical or a commercial education combined with further education (e.g. FH) or you bring along a bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, process management, information technology or finance - Project Management Training / Certification or other significant proof of experience are required.
- You have more than 5 years’ experience working in industrial companies as well as more than 3 years operative experience with business process exposure and 3+ years of project management experience (large projects, high value).
- You bring a fundamental understanding of supply chain and logistics processes and solutions, as well as high competence in business planning and process, system architecture modeling.
- You have a good understanding of business planning and modeling processes, with excellent commercial, internal, and external communication skills.
- You possess analytical and solution-oriented thinking with strong IT and software experience.
- You can influence and achieve results in matrix organizations, with strong leadership skills, including indirect leadership.
- You have a strong results and customer orientation, you are self-driven and independent, with high social competence, being an active networker and tenacious.
- You are willing to travel frequently or stay for extended periods in our worldwide subsidiaries.
- You have an excellent command of English; any additional language such as Italian, German, Chinese, or Turkish is an asset.
