You will lead our digital adoption efforts, driving innovative strategies and boosting digitalization across the organization. Your role includes contributing to our efficiency program ValYOU@Scale, fostering a culture of innovation, developing your team towards operating in an agile context.

  • Key shaper of our efficiency program ValYOU@Scale and overseeing of Power Platform team
  • Internal and external stakeholder management and provider management
  • Working in close-merged collaboration with Digital Products Data, Analytics and AI team
  • Driving the strategy towards the introduction & adoption of new technologies and innovation. Introducing prototypes and communication for further adoption of new technologies in a sustainable roadmap
  • Managing and developing your team from a disciplinary point of view.

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Science or comparable education
  • Sound technical background and a proven track record of delivering software successfully. Technical expertise and experience in software development and software engineering is a strong advantage
  • Solid project management experience to identify and address critical situations proactively
  • Excellent communication- and cooperation skills with internal and external partners
  • Team-player, flexible, proactive, and able to work under pressure
  • A personality that is decisive and integrative
  • Ability to elaborate and present complex issues at the management level
  • Innovation and technology mindset
