Spa/Medical Guest Relation Agent/ Receptionist (m/f/d)

Chenot Palace Weggis is the flagship of the Health Wellness Retreat globally active Chenot Group located directly on Lake Lucerne. For almost 50 years, the company has specialised in the areas of health, wellness and luxury hotels. The core approach of our Health Wellness is based on the application of the famous Chenot Method®, which, in synergy with the Chenot diet, stimulates body and mind to detoxify and activate the self-healing powers. At Chenot, we practise Classical Western medicine as well as Chinese medicine.

Located at the foot of the Swiss Alps, the Chenot Palace in Weggis has 97 rooms and suites, a restaurant and a tea lounge. The medical spa covers an area of 5,000 m² and is equipped with state-of-the-art technology to support the Chenot Detox programmes.

Qualifications & Competences

  • A minimum of 1 year experience in a comparable position
  • Excellent knowledge of English and any other language is considered as an advantage
  • Offer emotional support and advice
  • Good communication and listening skills
  • Genuine, empathic and caring character
  • High degree of empathy
  • Ability to foresee guests' needs and act accordingly
  • Good in diplomatic conflict resolution
  • Effective team worker
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written

Tasks & Challenges

  • Ensuring and providing flawless, upscale, professional and high class guest service experiences
  • Responding to guests needs and anticipating their unstated ones
  • Interacting and assisting professionally with our clients to ensure a pleasant, successful and satisfying stay
  • Respond to all guest inquiries at our Medical and Spa Reception
  • Schedule guest appointments, making sure the treatments booked are accurate and booked in suitable time frame
  • Maintain guest database
  • Perform administrative duties such as monthly and daily stock, daily sales
  • Plan spa services and programs together with our Planning department
  • Review operational records and reports to project product and treatments sales
  • Drive product sales in order to achieve sales budget
  • Keeping reception area clean & tidy and maintaining a consistent presence at the desk
  • Normal daily working time between 7.45 am and 6.30 pm
