The opportunity
Our Tax Services Reward team is focused helping our clients to manage the complex challenges in executive/board rewards, pensions/benefits, corporate transactions and equally broader based reward topics such as regulatory compliance, broad based equity programs, grading, performance management and the like.

Your key responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with our clients to support and contribute to various projects. Potential topics include:
- Benchmarking projects at both the executive level and across the broader workforce
- Designing compensation plans, incentive structures for different stakeholders, and reward policies
- Developing and implementing job grading and job architecture frameworks
- Conducting remuneration surveys and analyzing remuneration data
- Assist in project planning, data analysis, report writing, and the development of presentation materials
- Work with key project leaders to manage and maintain client relationships
- Collaborate effectively with other workforce advisory colleagues, as well as service lines and colleagues across EY globally
Skills and attributes for success
- A university degree in Economics or Finance, with a solid understanding of HR topics
- 3-5 years of experience in corporate HR, Compensation & Benefits, and/or HR Consulting ideally, in HR topics and people consulting, such as conducting remuneration surveys, supporting the day-to-day management of a company’s remuneration offering, and knowledge about market trends in the field of rewards and key drivers, with an HR generalist background
- Qualitative and quantitative data analysis skills, along with the ability to create effective data presentations
- Ability to analyze complex problems and deliver insightful, practical, and sustainable solutions with a pragmatic and adaptable approach
- A team player mentality with the ability to integrate with new teams quickly
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and German, with experience in producing high-quality reports, papers, and presentations
