Job Responsibilities:

• Developing, reviewing, and optimizing the performance marketing strategy and existing campaigns in collaboration with contracted agencies
• Optimization of SEA/SEO, conversion rate, website content
• Close collaboration with the content team
• Maintenance and further development of the corporate website Reviewing all reports during and after campaigns with clear action recommendations
• A/B testing, including evaluation and recommendations
• Tracking and analysing trends in the digital marketing landscape and implementing them into the strategy

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience in performance, digital, and search engine marketing
• In-depth knowledge of digital advertising processes and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
• Experience in executing campaigns using Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google AdWords
• Experience using analytical tools to monitor and improve campaign performance
• Ability to interpret data and take business actions
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar with a specialization in Digital Marketing (CAS/MAS)
• Several years of experience with various CMS systems
• Strong analytical skills and technical affinity
