Senior Customer Compliance Manager
Your tasks
- Oversee engine maintenance to ensure quality and compliance with customer policies and procedures, focusing on US customers
- Collaborate with Engineering, Operations and Quality Teams on the development and implementation of process assessment, improvements, policy revisions and performance evaluation to meet US customer requirements
- Coordinate with Engineering to recommend specific work scopes in accordance with customer specific technical Operations policies, programs and procedures
- Conduct engine Table Inspections and Outgoing Inspections to ensure work performed is in accordance with customers order and quality standards
- Liaise with the customer to make decisions on part replacements and exchanges based on technical and financial aspects
- Review and documents the condition of removed hardware as per customer directives and specific requirements. Conduct Scrap reviews
- Coordinate the management and review of any invoice, commercial and TAT related topics during a shop visit ensuring alignment with customer expectations
- Verify that maintenance data and documentation is accurate and compliant to customer specifications
- Perform timely in process assessment to ensure maintenance performed is compliant with customer requirements
Your profile
- Independent worker with proven ability to facilitate cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to deal with and decision making over material of multi-million CHF value
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and facilitation skills
- Ability to think creatively and strategically, and to take a proactive goal-setting approach to continuous improvement
- Ability to effectively plan and oversee projects to ensure timely delivery
- Strong ability to interpret and comprehend engine technical documents
- Ability to properly manage highly sensitive and confidential information effectively.
- Must be able to assume high level responsibility and demonstrate sound judgement
- Knowledge of US airline business processes, operational policies and procedures preferred
- Strong understanding of the MRO or related Aviation business
- Knowledge of CFM56-7B Engine Maintenance
- Proficiency in English (business fluent)
- Suitable Master's degree or MBA required
- Required: at least 10 years in aviation, preferably in the US aviation industry
- Experience with engine maintenance, engineering or quality assurance function as well as cross-functional process knowledge
