A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics, IT, Process Management, or a related field. Previous experience in direct-line management. Demonstrated experience in implementing new processes and IT tools within a relevant industry. Strong project management skills. Expertise in Industry 4.0 and Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT). Experience in logistics and materials management, including Lean and operational excellence principles. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels in a complex, fast-paced matrix organization Proficiency in English (German is a nice-to-have)
