Set to be a huge success, overlooking the city center from Zurich's stunning Uetliberg plateau, this property is home to 87 suites and rooms as well as 7 award-winning and new culinary concepts centered around FIVE's hallmark musical stylings. The new FIVE hotel in Zurich seamlessly unites the very best of Swiss hospitality with FIVE's characteristic flair for exceptionally indulgent experiences for guests from the city and international visitors alike

As a Assistant Front office Manager you will join a committed marketing team driven with the intent of delivering ‘FIVE-star' guest experiences to an international diaspora.
As our ideal candidate, you have proven experience in a highly active environment. Your organizational, communication, and leadership skills are second to none and you enjoy developing solutions that push groundbreaking boundaries.
You'll work closely with the management team to develop constantly evolving service goals.
What We're Looking For

- Commitment to delivering exceptional guest services with a passion
- Previous Luxury hospitality experience as a Front Office Supervisor or a supervisory role
- Must be proactive with a meticulous eye for detail.
- Must be highly organized and energetic and possess the ability to get the job done.
- Swiss work permit holder or EU ID / Passport holder
- Strong working knowledge of industry regulations
- Ability to find creative solutions while taking ownership for all duties and tasks assigned
- Very good communication skills in English and German.
Key Responsibilities
- Be passionate about maintaining a service standard that embraces time as the ‘new' luxury and therefore deliver ‘FIVE-style' service in a timely manner to the highest level of expectation - all while having fun with the FIVE Vibe!
- Utilizes interpersonal and communication skills to lead, influence, and encourage others; advocates sound financial/business decision making; demonstrates honesty/integrity; leads by example
- Supervises and manages employees. Manages all day-to-day operations together with the Front Office Manager. Understands team members individual roles well enough to perform duties in their absence
- Establishes and maintains open, collaborative relationships with employees and ensures team members do the same within the team
- Ensures recognition of team members is taking place across all areas of responsibility
- Manages day-to-day operations, ensuring the quality, standards and meeting the expectations of guests on a daily basis
- Develops specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish all responsibilities and duties
- Keeps the Front Office team focused on the critical components of operations to drive guest satisfaction and the desired financial results
- Reviews staffing levels to ensure that guest service, operational needs and financial objectives are met
- Understands the impact of Front Office operations on the Rooms area and overall property financial goals
- Ensures property policies are administered fairly and consistently, disciplinary procedures and documentation are completed according to Standard and Local Operating Procedures (SOPs and LSOPs) and support the Peer Review Process
- Identifies and analyzes Front Office operational challenges and facilitates the development of solutions to prevent reoccurrence
