Our client, a leading private higher education provider with a strong presence across Switzerland, is seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to join their team in a part-time capacity.
This role is ideal for a legal professional with a broad skill set in Corporate and M&A Law, Contract Law, Employment Law, and more.

Key responsibilities:
As the solid Legal Counsel, you will work closely with the CFO and Board of Directors, handling essential legal responsibilities that drive the organisation forward.
Your main areas of focus will include:
- Drafting, reviewing, and updating a wide range of contracts, including client agreements, supplier contracts, and General Terms & Conditions
- Reviewing and enhancing employment contracts, ensuring alignment with legal standards
- Managing lease agreements, including assignments and negotiations
- Protecting and managing intellectual property assets
- Developing and refining policies to enhance legal compliance and operational efficiency
- Providing legal support to ensure smooth integration of newly acquired brands into the corporate structure
- Overseeing corporate governance tasks to maintain organisational compliance and integrity
Who we are looking for:
- A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a Swiss Law Firm, with a total of at least 4 years in legal practice
- Holding a Swiss Law Degree; a bar qualification is a plus but not essential
- Fluent in both English and German; proficiency in other languages (such as Italian, French or Spanish) is an added benefit
- Commercially focused, practical, and solutions-driven, with a "can-do" approach to challenges
- Results-focused and motivated by setting and achieving goals
