This family-owned, independent company is a global leader in fiduciary services, with over 50 years of expertise and a network of international offices. Join their well-established, dynamic Geneva boutique as a Trust Administrator, located in the heart of the city center. Whether you've recently started out in the trusts & fiduciary services business or have years' of experience under your belt, we want to here from you!
An international client base for trusts and fiduciary services; strong ties to the UK and Channel Islands so those that are used to this culture would feel very at home here. Having said that, the role is also dealing with establishing and managing Swiss companies so Swiss experience in this domaine is essential.
Responsibilities to include but not limited to:
- Manage fiduciary tasks for Swiss companies, ensuring full compliance with Swiss regulations.
- Streamline administrative processes and oversee daily client documentation and tasks.
- Provide exceptional client service while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- Support client onboarding, ensuring smooth transitions and regulatory compliance.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and deliver tailored assistance to meet client needs.
Profile:
- Tertiary education or equivalent.
- Experience in trusts and fiduciary services from within Switzerland.
- STEP and/or AML training certification a plus.
- At ease within a small, close-knit, busy office.
- Strong computer, technical, and analytical skills.
- Fluent or mother-tongue English; French a plus but not a must.
- Already ideally residing in the region and happy in a full-time role (no home office).
