Then look no further: SIX is looking for Senior Strategy Manager Information Technology & Operations to support the newly installed CIO function. You will play a critical role in developing SIX Technology Strategy as well as defining the future operating model of technology operations and the wider SIX group.
You will work closely with the CIO and the head Group Strategy to ensure that initiatives related to Technology and IT organizational development support the company's strategic objectives. This position requires a blend of strategic thinking, organizational and procedural knowledge, strong communication skills and adaptability to be able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Strategy Development & Execution: Develop SIX Technology strategy and global IT based process landscape that align with the company's overall business goals together with the CIO and Group Strategy
- Build the future IT Organization: Build a leaner, more powerful IT organization currently working in a DevOps approach, by aligning closer to the business
- Collaboration: Work closely with Group Strategy and the CIO to ensure initiatives are integrated into the broader group strategy
- Stakeholder Management: Align with senior stakeholders within the wider IT organization as well as SIX business units and corporate functions
- Performance Monitoring: Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of IT strategies and initiatives
- Minimum 4-6 years of relevant work experience in strategy development or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, a Master's degree or MBA is preferred
- Knowledge on the organizational and operational setup of modern Tech-centric companies (e.g., SAFe and decentral, cross-country collaboration)
- Experience in relevant technologies that can be leveraged by the entire SIX group
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and you work well in a team-oriented environment and collaborates effectively with others
- Proficiency in German and English (verbal and writing), with additional knowledge of Spanish considered an asset
- Hybrid model up to 60% working from home
