JUNIOR PRODUCT DEVELOPER / ALLROUNDER (80-100%)

Your Mission & Responsibilities

This role works closely with the Design and cross-functional teams to create twice a year a shoe and accessories collection that meet INUIKII’s aesthetic and standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, passionate about work and product development, focusing on quality, timelines, and vendor collaboration.

Responsibilities:

Own the collections from start to finish.

• Develop and realize new products and collections in collaboration with design, production, and sourcing teams.

• Create detailed technical drawings, product specifications, and documentation.

• Select and evaluate materials, fabrics, and manufacturing techniques with a focus on sustainability, quality, and cost efficiency.

• Facilitate cost negotiations to ensure competitive pricing that aligns with production goals.

• Manage communication with international vendors and production partners, including the development and adjustment of prototypes.

• Stay up-to-date with fashion trends and market developments, integrating them into the INUIKII product line.

• Conduct quality checks on prototypes to ensure alignment with design and production standards.

• Review Prototypes and samples for accuracy in material, color, quality, and workmanship.

• Be the owner and hero of the sample management internally.

• Help the production team with finalizing the collection to be ready for “go to production”.

• Attend fit sessions and provide input on product-related feedback and timelines.

• Maintain accurate records of development progress in ERP systems and internal databases.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and achieve project goals.

Must Have Requirements:

• Independent, dynamic and entrepreneurial spirit

• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail.

• Professional experience in product development, ideally in the fashion or footwear industry.

• Strong understanding of design processes, material selection, and production workflows.

• Proficiency in Adobe and MS Office.

• Degree in Fashion Design, Textile Technology, Apparel Technology, Industrial Design (with a passion for fashion), or a similar field.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a hands-on and solution-oriented approach.

• Fluency in English (German/Italian is a plus).
