What is my role?
As Inside Sales Manager in Swizerland, you will sell Alcatel-Lucent Products and Services to existing, but mainly new Key Accounts through an Indirect Sales Model.Reporting to the Country Business Leader, you will collaborate closely with Channels Sales Managers team and all central functions. Your mission is developing End customers with our Partners to maximize the value being delivered to them.
Your goal is the acquisition of new customers and gaining market share. Focus is the swiss German speaking region.
What am I responsible for?
· You build a strong relationship with new & existing end customers & Business Partners.· You create & maintain end customer relationships on all levels, IT, Procurement, Management, CxO level..· You will work with your assigned verticals / regions being the expert in the market.· You prospect and main goal it’s the acquisition of New Logos: you have at least 60% Hunting Profile · You ensure that sales targets are met or exceeded and implement sales strategies· You collaborate in order for existing Clients to be maintained and develope to a Network & Cloud product portfolio.· Salesforce Knowledge is a + and are able to update and manage your pipeline· You grow the Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise brand by creating references with end customers to help Business Partners turn their customer relationship into long-term partnerships.· You develop and deliver accurate sales forecasts in line with business objectives, an accurate business plan and reporting is mandatory (quarterly forecast, biweekly commit)· You Expertise and Experience in dealing with mid and large accounts at senior IT- and business level in Switzerland

You define yourself as someone organized, structured, with a strong focus on "making the difference” mainly through your Hunter mindset? You look for a job where you could show your unique ability to making the “difference” through translation of product features into end customer value? You like to be on stage, with standing presentation ability? With maximum 10 years of experience in our IT sector, you have proven track record of successful sales in the Data/Networking/Cloud Industry with Key Accounts, you have completed formal training in Sales techniques or equal by hunting new business experience. You can leverage your Knowledge of the Swiss IT market with existing relationships.With a great ability to network within a customer and partner organization to identify key influencers and decision makers, through the Commercial focus and negotiation skills.
