Your profile

  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in office management or similar roles
  • Completed education, preferably in business, hotel or service industry
  • Ability to work independently and accurately without supervision
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Very good in managing stakeholder
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general technical aptitude
  • Professional working proficiency in German and English (minimum C1 level)

Your mission

As our Office Manager, you will be responsible to maintain a productive and organized work environment. In this role, you will be overseeing facility management, reception, administrative tasks, meetings and events. You will have intersections with other corporate departments as well as with our employees. We are looking for candidates that enjoy working in a demanding, fast-paced and frequently changing environment and have experience in coordinating ​all office ​related tasks.


Our recruitment process

Starting with a 30-minute introductory phone interview, we proceed to group/technical interviews, ideally followed by an on-site interview and tour of our facilities. We aim for a swift process while allowing both parties to obtain a full picture.
