Mint Digital Services is at the forefront of global digital music administration. On behalf of collective management organisations, independent management entities, songwriters, composers and publishers, we administer agreements with digital music services. We provide our customers with state-of-the-art technological, financial, and analytical services and manage repertoire and catalogues through our advanced technologies and highly experienced team. A joint venture between the US music rights organization, SESAC, and the Swiss collective management organization, SUISA, MINT also supports SESAC’s and SUISA’s online licensing entities, SESAC Digital and SUISA Digital, in all back-office functions.

For our Zurich office we are seeking support to assist the CEO's assistant and provide direct assistance to the rest of the management team.

Your Tasks:

Main Tasks

Managing and drafting correspondence with external partners, including confidential information

Organising, planning and debriefing meetings and projects

Organising and managing staff travel schedules including meetings at conferences

Preparing agendas for and taking minutes of management meetings

Drafting presentations for the management and the board

Completing expense reports for the management

Drafting and maintaining internal regulations up to date

Filing and record-keeping, both digital and analogue

Ancillary Tasks

Formatting and visualising documents

Organising events

Supporting foreign staff in settling in Switzerland

Office Management and administration of Jira & Confluence tools

Your Profile:

You have a bachelor’s degree or a commercial apprenticeship (KV) with further education

You have in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Excel, and Power Point. Knowing Jira and Confluence is a plus

You are fluent in English and German. Further languages are a plus

You have strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously and embody a strong spirit while working under pressure

You show initiative, are pragmatic and assertive, with a strong hands-on approach

You are forward-thinking, seek opportunities and propose solutions, are trustworthy and know how to handle sensitive and confidential data

Experience in the music industry and having worked in an international environment are a plus
