VANS EMEA is looking for an exceptional eCommerce Product Data Specialist to join our Digital Marketplace Team team based in Stabio, CH.

Let’s Talk about the Role
The eCommerce Product Data Specialist is responsible for the catalogue and product data management across all of the VANS EMEA websites. He/She will make sure that product data and content online are accurate and will cover duties such as: product publication, product attributes amendments, re-pricing, discounts uploads, site maintenance activities, and website testing. He/She will be in touch with developers and support team on technical bug resolution. He/She has a strong familiarity with merchandising tools. The eCom product data specialist is also a key player in the eCommerce re-platforming and merchandising software migration (go-live and hypercare), supporting correct data flow between platforms/tools.
How You Will Make a Difference
You will achieve this through:

Seasonal and ad hoc catalogue creation (both regular and Customs line)
-
New season’s product publication and maintenance (product descriptions, product attributes, facets, categories/links, publication dates, and other product details)

Price maintenance activities including promo and end of season sale price uploads/updates
-
Additional activities related to the end of a season (outlet)
-
Coordination of product launches/season launches/marketing content online
-
Main nav/fly out amendments
-
Categories creation and maintenance
-
Customs’ reporting and maintenance
-
Manage seasonal databases and files
-
Site testing and other site maintenance activities: bug reporting, testing and support to both merchandising and technical team for enhancement and new projects

Support in weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting
-
Manage product related requests from customer service
-
Directly support the VANS eCom Merchandising Managers (ad hoc pages creation, product merchandising, etc).
Skills for Success
You should be a trustworthy, organized and extremely detail-driven professional, with:
-
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent through experience in a relevant field
-
Experience: 1-3 year’s work experience, preferably within a Retail or eCom team. Previous work in multicultural teams would be a plus.

Language skills: Fluent in English. Any other language would be a plus.

Excellent usage of Excel

Strong technological & Internet knowledge
-
Previous experience with SAP is a plus. Previous experience with SFCC is a plus.

Excellent ability to work to tight deadlines, prioritize, and multi-task

Strong attention to detail and organization skills

Pro-active, curious, humble, eager to learn, adaptable to changes
