Technical Project Manager Locomotive Maintenance

• Ensure smooth mobilization of EuroDual and Locomotive EURO9000
• Manage European-wide projects for maintenance services and contracts
• Promote and improve initiatives for process definition and standardization
• Develop solutions and support the Operations department
• Coordinate interfaces within the entire Stadler organization and with external maintenance partners across Europe
• Contribute diverse experiences to the sales process to understand customer needs and collaborate with the sales team to develop tailored solutions

• Completed degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial or a comparable qualification
• Proven experience in leading/supporting challenging projects in an international environment
• Ability and interest in interacting with internal departments and customers
• Willingness to adapt and grow with the expanding responsibilities and tasks
• Team player with strong social skills, sense of responsibility, and goal-oriented work approach
• Good command of German and English
• Willingness to travel (approx. 20%)
