What are we looking for?
Job Responsibilities
- Independently plan, organize, and execute international events and incentives, collaborating closely with the VP Advisor Recognition & Events
- Develop and implement a global event strategy to enhance brand presence through effective event planning
- Execute live, hybrid, and digital events, including international conferences, product launches, incentives, and award ceremonies
- Manage and control budgets efficiently, creating cost plans and ensuring effective fund utilization
- Oversee all project phases from concept development, through participant and budget management, to success evaluation
- Develop and manage pre- and post-event communication, ensuring smooth coordination and information flow
- Coordinate external project teams, agencies, and service providers, and collaborate with internal departments for timely and effective project implementation
Your Profile
- Completed degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
- At least 5-7 years of experience in planning and executing international events, preferably in a globally operating company
- Proven success in strategically developing and implementing innovative event formats and incentive trips with a flair for extraordinary experiences
- Excellent project management skills and experience in budget and stakeholder management
- Creative and independent thinking with a strong hands-on mentality
- Team player with collegial behavior
- High willingness to travel and flexibility
- Fluent German and English skills, additional languages are an advantage
