To strengthen our external asset management division in Zurich, we are looking for a Client Support Manager.
Your key responsibilities will be: ·
- Day to day communications with the partners of the Company, such as the banks, lawyers, accountants, etc.;
- Document preparation and processing (including but not limited to bank forms for account openings, documents necessary for the establishment of a client relationship with the Company);
- Management of client files;
- Day to day requests such as statements, payment requests, information inquiries;
- Management of correspondence;
- Management of office administration and supplies (collecting requests for the team, arranging stocks);
- Support of portfolio management team;
- Support with the client meetings;
Requirement:
- Higher education;
- Experience in financial and/or banking industry for at least 5 years
- Proficiency in English and Russian is a plus;
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a highly committed and outgoing personality
- Team-player
