The Position
The Role
The position is based in Dubai, UAE and will report directly to the Sales Manager. As a Medical Sales Representative Trainee, you will work closely with our experienced sales team to promote and sell our cutting-edge pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals. You will play a crucial role in building relationships with key stakeholders, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Your Responsibilities:
- Learn and understand the features, benefits, and applications of Acino product portfolio.
- Assist in developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and maximize market penetration.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and medical staff.
- Deliver engaging product presentations to healthcare professionals, showcasing the value and benefits of Acino products.
- Attend and actively participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and conferences to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and medical affairs, to ensure effective product positioning and messaging.
- Provide accurate and timely reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitor insights.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new product developments, and regulatory guidelines to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns.
- Adhere to ethical standards and compliance policies in all sales and promotional activities.
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, or related fields.
- Strong passion for sales and a genuine interest in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with healthcare professionals and build lasting relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Ethical mindset and commitment to complying with industry regulations and company policies.
