WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Provide legal advice on commercial, contractual and corporate matters across multiple jurisdictions
• Draft, review and negotiate contracts and other legal documents
• Support the business in risk assessments and ensure legal compliance on an international level
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders in an interdisciplinary setting, to develop practical solutions for business needs
• Liaise with external counsel as needed for specialized advice
• Design and implementation of internal legal training courses

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE

• Degree in Swiss law with Several years of professional experience in the legal field, ideally in an international context
• Admission to the Swiss Bar (SBA certification) is mandatory
• Contractual knowledge of written and spoken German and English
• Ability to translate complex legal principles into practical, business-friendly solutions
• Integrity, accuracy and attention to detail
• Accountability, sound judgment and the ability to take ownership of an issue and provide concise and timely advice
• Capable of juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
• Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as a team member
