Internship Program - Legal

Your Mission

  • Manage On’s procurement and contract management system (Coupa), on behalf of the Legal Team.
  • Support the Legal Team on day-to-day contract reviews, such as non-disclosure agreements and data protection agreements.
  • Provide support for compliance programs, including On’s third-party risk management process.
  • Manage company policies that are owned by the Legal Team, including working with the design team, preparing internal communications and uploading policies to the intranet.
  • Optimize and maintain Legal Team electronic files and records.
  • Coordinate team meetings, offsites and take meeting minutes.
  • Support the recruitment and onboarding of new Legal Team members.
  • Provide executive support to the General Counsel and other senior team members.
  • Manage the Legal Team’s vendor relationships and invoice processing; support the Legal Team in managing the legal budget.
  • Support the Legal Team in various other internal and external projects.
  • Support the Company Corporate Secretary in corporate governance topics, e.g. organizing and coordinating board and committee meetings, including schedules, agenda preparation, document distribution. Facilitate document filings, creation of board and committee packages, compiling necessary materials and information.
  • Support the Head of Intellectual Property by managing our anticounterfeit case database.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments, industry trends, and best practices. - Your commitment to ongoing learning and professional development in the ever-evolving field of legal operations is crucial.
