Your Impact
- Join PwC Advisory to become part of our Financial Services Strategy & Transformation Team in Zurich.
- Leverage your relationship, network and expertise to identify new opportunities in the market and to support business development activities with our banking clients.
- Lead large transformation programs with our banking clients and provide strategic advise when it comes to their core banking business while working with multi-disciplinary project teams.
- Advise our clients on their strategic change initiatives as well as operating model design projects.
- Are part of a team that operates strongly in an interdisciplinary environment within PwC. You will be using and building bridges to our fellow teams that work at the technological edge in big data analysis, artificial intelligence and robotic process automation.
- Work in a global environment with the largest FS companies (banks, insurances, crypto companies, etc.).
- Contribute to the firms success by driving your business development agenda and respond to client's request for proposal.
- Responsible to provide through leadership to the banking sector and generate new leads.
- Deepen your expertise and grow through tailored trainings and access to learning and development.
Your Skill Set
- Excellent University / ETH Master's degree in Banking, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Information Technology or an adjacent field that enables you to work with asset managers and banks.
- More than 10 years of experience in Banking, Wealth Management, Asset Management and or Investment banking interacting in a global environment.
- A deep understanding of the core banking business and banking operations as well as with the banking product and service offering.
- Deep understanding of banking processes.
- Proven track record in leading large banking transformations as well as working on the regulatory process to obtain a license from a financial services supervisory authority.
- Solid understanding of the Swiss financial market place and the regulatory framework, preferably with an existing network in the banking sector.
- Analytical thinking, high customer orientation and a high motivation to work in a dynamic team are your distinguishing characteristics.
- Work well in a team, and you are able to work independently when needed.
- Self-starter and fast learner, and can work well under tight deadlines.
- Fluent in English, German is a significant plus and other languages are welcome (e.g. French, Italian, etc.).
- Willing to travel to our client's international locations if required but are not disappointed if you are not needed to leave Zurich at all for a given time.
