Position: Senior Enterprise Account Executive
We are seeking a talented Senior Enterprise Account Executive with at least 6 years of experience in a sales role to join a dynamic and international sales team. With teams in the USA, Netherlands, Romania, France, and Switzerland, you will play a key role in managing and developing strategic enterprise accounts across the globe.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Managing a portfolio of enterprise clients and overseeing complex sales cycles, with deals exceeding $1 million.
- Working closely with internal and external stakeholders to build tailored technical and financial proposals that meet the specific needs of clients.
- Developing and executing consultative sales strategies to position the company's SaaS solutions as essential for prospective and existing customers.
- Engaging with sectors such as geospatial, mining, or soft commodities trading, fostering trust with key decision-makers.
- Leading and mentoring Business Developers to maximize sales opportunities and ensure effective management of the sales pipeline.

The ideal candidate should:
- Be a brilliant individual with a strong professional track record, demonstrating significant achievements in previous roles.
- Have solid experience in consultative sales, with the ability to manage complex deals exceeding $1 million. The candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with all stakeholders and experts to craft tailored technical and financial proposals.
- Have worked in the SaaS industry, with a deep understanding of the specific challenges related to these types of products.
- Have proven success in managing Business Developers, providing strategic and operational leadership to their teams.
- Be fluent in English, with strong communication skills for engaging with international teams and clients.
- Be familiar with or have had exposure to the geospatial sector, even indirectly.
- Have experience in demanding industries such as mining, intelligence (in a broad sense), or soft commodities trading.
