Pharma Technical (PT) Operations delivers the pipeline while efficiently transform scientific ideas into products and supplies medicines to patients. As an intern in the PT Finance Enterprise Partner team, you will support projects to increase efficiency, transparency and enable decision-making for PT Business.

Your main tasks will include:

You will be supporting PT Finance Enterprise Partners and interact closely with PT Business and Enterprise Center of Excellence which will allow you to get exposure to various activities (e.g. ad-hoc analysis of functional and PVC spend, month-end closing, reporting);

  • Participation in various projects (e.g. CAPEX, implementation and improvement of working tools used by PT Finance team);
  • Working together with Finance Enterprise Partners on supporting the Basel and Kaiseraugst Site Leadership Teams.

Moreover you are/have:

  • You are able to work under pressure, passionate about challenges, willing to learn by doing and results oriented.
  • You are enrolled for the duration of the internship in a Bachelor or Master program with a focus on Finance, Economics or Business Administration.
  • Ability to multi-task and adjust to a fast driven, complex working environment
  • Analytical proficiency with the ability to transfer solutions into practice
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint/GoogleSlides skills is a must
  • Basic accounting knowledge is required
  • Effective and clear communication skills
  • Proficiency in English

The preferred start date of the internship is August 2024. Please clearly indicate your earliest availability and preferred duration of internship in your motivation letter. Applications need to include both a CV and a motivation letter.
