Your team
Technology & Operations design and integrate software applications ranging from portfolio management systems, trading platforms to banking and corporate solutions. The division is responsible for some of the Group’s key innovations while sustaining business operations and developing custodian and funds administration services.
As a QI reporting specialist, your role will involve collecting, analysing and preparing regulatory reports in compliance with the tax requirements set by the regulatory authorities and internal standards of our Bank, specifically for QI 1099 reporting. You will be responsible for accurately preparing and submitting various tax regulatory reports in a timely manner.
Your role
- Monitor various taxes and ensure proper tax treatment, specifically for QI 1099 reporting.
- Reconcile collected taxes and ensure daily controls.
- Ensure the timely processing of all requests from our internal clients.
- Participate in testing new functionalities and conduct regression testing on our reports.
- Contribute to the improvement and advancement of projects within our services. The regulatory domain is constantly changing.
- Update procedures and documentation related to the operation and production of services.
- Document and manage production incidents, communicate issues and/or production delays to management.
Your profile
- University degree in finance, economics, law or extensive professional experience.
- Excellent knowledge of banking operations.
- Knowledge of taxation and taxes, particularly US taxation (Qualified Intermediary) is an asset.
- Proficient in major computer tools such as Excel, Access, Avaloq banking software is a plus.
- Technical skills in end-user computing and low code are an asset.
- Fluency in French and a good command of English, knowledge of another language is a plus.
- Excellent stress management and interpersonal skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Resident in Switzerland.
