Master/PhD or Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechatronics or similar fields A proven track record in product development A proactive working style, a getting-things-done approach and target oriented mindset with a high learning agility You are a collaborative team player and a self-confident personality, standing your ground in team and management discussions Passion to develop innovative solutions, a hands-on mentality and the ability to promote your work with a good and efficient stakeholder management Strong communication skills in English (proficiency in German will be an asset)
