Position Description: We are seeking a highly qualified Travel Operations Manager with extensive experience in the tourism industry and advanced Korean language skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract and retain tourists, with a particular focus on the Korean market.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract tourists from South Korea.
• Manage relationships with international partners, particularly Korean ones, ensuring effective and collaborative communications.
• Analyze market trends and provide insights to enhance our tourism services.
• Collaborate with the team to develop travel packages that meet the expectations of Korean tourists.

Requirements:

• Over 5 years of experience in the tourism industry.
• Excellent written and spoken Korean language skills.
• Deep understanding of the tourism market and international dynamics.
• Valid driving license and availability to travel.
• Proven experience in project management and client relations.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and results-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
