What will you do
Join Johnson Controls as a Solution Marketing Strategist and play a pivotal role in driving awareness and growth for our innovative Smart Buildings solutions. In this dynamic position, you will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that resonate with customer needs and market trends. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Sales, and Customer Support, to ensure cohesive messaging and effective activation of our value proposition. How will you do it
- Develop and execute comprehensive solution marketing strategies to drive awareness and growth.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams including Product Management, Sales, and Customer Support to ensure alignment and effective activation
- Create compelling customer value proposition messaging that differentiates JCI's value proposition in Smart Buildings in the market.
- Develop and manage go-to-market plans, including product launches, promotional campaigns, and sales enablement materials.
- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
- Manage the creation of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and case studies.
- Conduct training sessions for sales teams to ensure they are well-equipped to sell the product.
- Engage with customers and gather feedback to continuously improve product offerings and marketing strategies.
Required profile:

- Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM software
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field. MBA is a plus.
