Administrative Specialist in DSV are acting as pro-active interface between all relevant internal and external service providers.
This involves keepint and maintaining up-to-date tariffs in autorating and autoposting-costing to reduce manual effort and ensure accuracy and quality.
Regular feedback and suggestions for improvement within the team or departement are also provided.

Your Key Tasks
- Posting and approval of incoming Vendor-Invoices in Webcost or CW1
- Ensure correct calculation of GP (Gross Profit)
- Support to the operations for Customer Invoicing
- To go Person for dispute Management (internal billing)
- Point of contact for freight forwarder regarding maintenance of key account tariffs and rates in autoposting-costing
- Support for local raite maintenance

Addressing and resolving operational issues and concerns in the CW1 autorating process and escalation to the local key user
- Correction of wrong internal billings
- Initiating reposting
Skills & Competencies
- Functional know-how in Sea Freight
- Experience in an international environment
- Team player
- Good communication
- Customer focus (monitors customer expectations continuously and is willing to adapt own activities/procedures)
- Planning & Organizing (Ability to prioritize, plan, assign & control)
- Time management (monitoring performance against deadlines and milestones)
- Knowledge and trained in the specific area of the autorating processes
Educational
- Commercial apprenticeship
- Relevant working experience
Language Skills
- Fluent in English and French
- German is an asset
Computer Literacy
- MS office skilles, SAP, CW1
