For the Maintenance Team of the Wafer Production Engineering Department at Axetris AG we are looking for a dedicated person for preventive maintenance.
Your tasks
- perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and optimization of equipment used in semiconductor production, with a focus on wet chemistry tools
- Conduct fault analysis, servicing activities, and technical conversions to ensure smooth operation and maximum uptime of production equipment
- Implement and use MES system for planning, scheduling and logging maintenance activities
- Collaborate closely with Process and Operations departments to support high-volume, zero-defects production of micro-optics and foundry services
- ensure detailed documentation of machinery condition, maintenance activities, and work performed
- Collaborate with production teams and external contractors during planning, installation and commissioning of new equipment
Your profile
- B.Sc. in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or comparable education as well profound knowledge in the fields of electrics, electronics, PLC, pneumatics and robotics
- several years of experience in the maintenance and repair of machines/systems as well as process knowledge in semiconductor production
- Proficiency in computerized maintenance management systems (or MES) and MS Office
- Experience with AP&S, Sicconex, Amcoss or other providers of wet chemistry systems is an advantage
- strong understanding of safety and environmental regulations and excellent problem solving skills in optimizing procedures to improve machine uptime
- good command of English language, knowledge of German is advantageous as well strong communication and collaboration skills
