About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Scheduler to join our team for a large-scale pharmaceutical construction project near Zurich. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a significant project in the Life Sciences sector, contributing to the construction of a state-of-the-art facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules using industry-standard software tools.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate scheduling and timely updates.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and propose mitigation strategies to keep the project on track.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on schedule status and progress for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with project requirements, timelines, and quality standards.
Requirements:
- Fluent in German (essential).
- Proven experience as a Project Scheduler, ideally within the Life Sciences sector or on large-scale pharmaceutical construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of project scheduling tools and software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
