Client Reporting manages a large network of stakeholders as part of its extensive service offering with specific characteristics dependent on target client groups, regulations, projects and specialized employees within the own team. Your role is to pro-actively manage the network and to supply all stakeholders with immediate access to relevant information by providing structured content and expertise to each of those groups.
IHRE AUFGABEN

Execute dedicated business management tasks which enable the Client Reporting department to improve its operational processes and maintain expertise

Act as a facilitator for complex Client Reporting topics between senior management, front representatives, Legal & Compliance and IT by providing expertise and transparency to stakeholders as required

Set the standards to maintain long-term Client Reporting expertise and ensure a proper library is build up and made available to all stakeholders of the bank with an interest in Client Reporting

Support the Client Reporting department head in its day-to-day activities and execute analyses ad-hoc

Conduct complex data analyses, prepare best-in-class presentations and participate in stakeholder discussions
YOUR PROFILE

Profound Client Reporting Expertise is a must

Solid understanding of banking operations

Proficient user in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint

Relevant higher educational and professional background

Proficient in English and German
-
Higher commercial education, University degree or equivalent

Confident and representative manner towards clients and internal stakeholders

Excellent organizational skills with analytical and structured working methods

Strong client focus with a high degree of initiative and commitment
