To further scale our growing business, we are looking for a Associate Stock Co-ordinator
The role
Working a 10 hour week, you will assist the current stock co-ordinator to ensure that all guidebooks and letters for all programmes and devices for our T2DR patients are dispatched to our patients on time to ensure each patient has a first class onboarding journey. You will have a focus on continuous improvement to develop and optimise our inventory control procedures. You will be managing our patient devices and physically managing our stockroom.
Key responsibilities

Effectively use Oviva’s inventory tracking system to optimise inventory control procedures - updating spreadsheet trackers, ensuring the validity of all data entered

Arrange collections of scales from patients who have been discharged/completed the programme

Managing returns and preparing for storage and further onward shipment - testing, cleaning and re-packaging

Accountable for the damaged goods procedure and the write off of stock with the sign off of your line manager

Physically manage the stock room and organisation of the products. This may include moving boxes, accepting deliveries, liaising with DPD, etc.

Dispatch of Guidebooks and letters

Supporting cover for stock coordinator dispatches and queries

Able to use Google sheets

Able to learn and follow processes in place

Document and learn new systems for booking collections

Knowledge of the OCS system
