In order to strengthen the quality of analysis in the Business Performance management area, we are seeking an experienced Senior Business Controller to join our dynamic Planning & Control Team.
You will be responsible for business partnering, preparing key reporting requirements and forecasting as well as supporting the business with ad hoc analysis and advice.

Job Description
- Monitor performances and KPIs: you will carry out regular business performance analysis and variance analysis by category, region and sales channel. By analysing financial data and performance indicators you will be able to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders to support new business initiatives and provide financial guidance.
- Integrity in Decision-Making: you are requested to maintain ethical standards in all financial practices, ensuring trust with stakeholders and leadership.
- Support to manage the budget process, forecast and related mid-year terms plan, building details and reports linked to a specific business line.
- Demonstrate business acumen: understand the business model, industry trends, and competitive landscape. A valuable and proactive support to the business is required. Your business sense will allow you to make financial recommendations that align with the company's goals.
- Long-term Vision: your ability will anticipate future financial trends, risks, and opportunities to help guide the business toward sustainable growth.
- Hands-on Knowledge of the Business: you will be closely involved in day-to-day operations to understand the financial impact of operational decisions. This involvement ensures that financial planning is grounded in operational realities.
- Embracing Digital Transformation: you will be open to new technologies such as automation, AI, and data analytics that can drive efficiencies and provide real-time insights.
Qualifications
Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- A range of 3-5 years of experience with budgeting or forecasting models or finance controlling (focus on profit & loss)
- Excellent ability to analyse large amounts of data, Basic SQL language
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (with good skills in pivot tables, formulas etc) and experience with Google Suite instrument
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English, written and spoken
- Ability to face complexity and attention to detail, with an analytical approach
- Ability to discuss directly with the business leaders
- Proactive attitude and problem solving skills
- Curiosity, enthusiasm and passion for continuous improvement
- Positive and collaborative attitude, ability to work independently as well as willingness to work inside a team
